Kay Cordell, Principal Agent, has spent the majority of her life in Nashville. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science from Lipscomb University, in which she spent two years as a teacher in the Metro Nashville Public School system. She has also obtained her Master of Arts from Trevecca University in Counseling. Along with selling insurance and supporting Cordell Insurance Agency, Kay is the active mother to Rowan, age 7 and Claire, age 6.

Shannon Alvis began her roots in South Carolina, but also considers herself a Nashville native. Her schooling includes Nashville Tech and Draughons' Jr. College where she was a political science major. She is also a professional member of the Nashville Christian Businesswomen's Network. In addition to being involved in the professional community, she is a wife to C.J. and a mother to 3 children, Laney, Jason, and Hayden.
